I decided to try wayfair because I assumed the furniture would be good quality and easy to construct. I was absolutely wrong. I have had the WORST experience with wayfair. Ordered 2 pieces of furniture - either damaged or extremely difficult to put together. I will never order from wayfair again. Support is also a headache. For this product specifically, I got to the very last step - it has a huge hole where the arm should piece into, right. Well the arm does not reach to the hole somehow. I had no issues with the right side snapping in perfectly. Whoever measured the left side, shame on them for not doing it carefully. You can tell they made a mistake by the huge hole they created, also. Even if it would go on properly, the hole will still be evident! I have tried asking other people to help and see if I was doing it wrong, nope. The measurements were done incorrectly, and the arm will not go on. In the photos it may look like an easy fix, just bring the arm to the hole - no, it will not stretch to make it to the hole unfortunately.

Looks modern and elegant. Love the gold. The fabric on the chair looks like it might peel easy, I am cautious, letting my kids play on the chair. Otherwise I love it

The chair looks great! We got it in a cream color with gold handles and it is quite the statement in my art studio/guest room. It’s very sturdy also!

The chair is pretty- the arms were difficult to attach and the chair is very firm
