Cute style!

Horrible horrible first time buyer experience.... my couch came damaged.I noticed after I assembled that the upholstery was torn.I was told in order to get a replacement had to unassemble and box up and wait another two weeks to get a replacement... i told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund and they told me that I would not be getting a refund until they received my damaged product back in the possession....

Pls make sure you have adequate tools to put this together - the middle hole is sometimes hard to find. It came missing on the first one I ordered but the customer service gave me a refund and I used it for assembly and then sent me a free replacement couch. Now that it’s built it is so cute and looks great in my space.

The center leg is drilled wrong. The leg will sit an angle. We are going to have to get a handy man to fix it properly. The two sofas, we don’t want to sit on them because it may cause damage.

So we have had this sofa for about a year ( rose pink) it is a very cute sofa but it really isn’t made for daily use. The back cushions get misshapen very easily but are difficult to fluff back into proper shape and one of the cushions has become misshapen and you can feel the springs now . It’s really too bad because I love the style of this sofa but it isn’t well made.
