We love our new chairs that sit beside our buffet, also from Wayfair. All three pieces brighten our entranceway and have received compliments from our guests.

This purchase was a nightmare. It was delivered damaged. The steel base was broken. I took pictures as the chair turned into a rocking chair and videoed and sent it out and called them the same day and sent it in and stayed on the call. That was almost a year ago. They have written me nine times to change the date on the new delivery of the replacement they should pay me for having this damaged garbage in my house that no one can sit on. This is ridiculously serious. And I want it out of my house. I am a VIP professional customer.
