Beautiful Chair

Called customer service to report a missing package. The first representative was helpful and filed my claim and let me know I needed to call back in two days to request a refund. I waited an additional two days before calling and the next representative was extremely rude. Needless to say, I was unable to request my refund and I have never had this type of interaction with Wayfair before. Extremely disappointed. I will try a third attempt. UPDATE As of 12524, I still do not have a resolution to my missing delivery. I have spoken to four (4) different customer service representatives and have been provided several different responses. The resolution team still has not responded or contacted me regarding my complaint. Disappointed with Wayfair as I have been a customer for years. I cannot get someone to resolve my issue and someone is rolling around in my velvet chair. Maybe they’ll write a review on the chair lol.

Love my new chair! Took me 5 mins to put it together, seat is comfortable and material is a soft velvety feel.
