This is a great vanity but took many hours over many evenings to put together. And the lights were tricky and I did not realize they stick on - like with strong stickers - that you have to do yourself. But, my daughter LOVES her new vanity, it's just what she wanted. With the lights, they twist on a base, to make the cord shorter or longer. So you have to constantly tweak them to make sure they fit, and line up correctly on the mirror. I used a measuring tape to space them out evenly (see photo). Start taping them onto the mirror with the light on the bottom right (furthest away from the light switch on the cord), so you can make adjustments to each bulb as you stick them onto the mirror. Do not remove the wax paper from the back of the sticker until right before you attach the bulb. My daughter likes the 3 different light color settings. One of the drawers does not perfectly line up but it's only slightly off. Wish there was a hole in the backside so power cords could come through, like for the hairdryer, cell phone charger, etc.
