Canapé-lit moderne convertible pliable de 72,87 pouces avec capitonnage, style rétro américain, fabriqué en matériau de velours

Beautiful couch… simply in love with it.

This is the SECOND time I’ve ordered this couch, and both times it arrived with missing parts. I reordered thinking the first issue was a one-off, but clearly it’s not. Now I’m left with another unusable product, and it’s showing as ineligible for return or refund. To make matters worse, the package is extremely large, so even returning it would be difficult. A couch missing parts is not usable. This points to serious quality control issues. If you’re considering buying this, don’t risk it. There’s clearly no consistency in what gets shipped, and you may end up in the same situation.
