Hello, I ordered a green sofa but received a white one. I unpacked everything thinking there might be a green cover to put on — but no, the entire sofa is white. Since it’s already unpacked and assembled, I have no choice but to keep it. I’m quite disappointed, as I really didn’t want a white sofa and now have to cover it with a blanket to make it work. I tried to contact Wayfair via chat, but it was closed. I hope someone will follow up and offer a gesture of compensation. This experience makes me hesitant to order large furniture or color-specific items again, especially since returning something like this is so complicated — and I urgently needed a sofa.
