This item was delayed after being ordered in February of 2026, and ultimately never arrived. I am just now receiving a notification that I need to review it, even though I never received it. I have no original photo to include as the item never reached me, so the attached photo is Wayfair's. I spoke with a representative on the phone today to let them know, and they suggested submitting a review to explain that I never received the item. So here it is!

The chair was easy to set up according to instructions. It expanded to its complete capacity and is very comfortable and stylish. It makes for a perfect lounge chair for a reading nook. I am overall satisfied with the chair.

Seriously disappointed with this. ORDERED 2 of them. They are boneless and expand once taken out of the box. Mine didn't expand. It was supposed to be just over 16" at seat height but mine never got bigger than 12.5". Felt like we were sitting on the floor. I spoke to wayfair (2x) and they said give it more time. I agreed but after 6 days and it not expanding fully, wayfair agreed to accept the item back and issue a refund. I would give wayfair 5 stars as they sent FedEx to my house to pick up the item for return. Unfortunately I give the product 1 star as it's not to size. I included a few pictures for people to see.

Make sure to read measurements it’s 25 not 33 inches . Looks different shade of beige then image . Over priced
