Love, love, love it!! Assembly was easy and it’s so soft to the touch and comfortable!! Will be one of my favorite places to be, in the lounger reading, diamond painting, or watching tv.

We got the dark grey couch. I was going to send it back immediately after assembling it because it was much shorter than what the diagram shows in the picture. But I was told it had to be packaged back up and sent back. I had already been without a couch for a month so I really did not want to go through all the work of disassembling it taking it all apart to be couchless again and have to wait for a refund until they received it for me to purchase a different one. I was talked into just doing a partial refund which was only a hundred dollars, it’s been a few months now and it’s to late to return it but I wish I would have, it is so uncomfortable you can feel every board between each seat, the back rest is so low it has to be against walls in order to get comfortable if you are leaning back or you feel like there is no support back there. I was looking for a fairly large sectional and the height of this is not worth the other parts of it. The only saving grace is the pull up ottoman part which we always have pulled out because to just sit on the couch without it is extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend!

Love this couch! It’s so soft. It is definitely on the firmerbouncier side which I had seen from other reviews, but I feel like the cushions will last longer. It was very easy to assemble, came in 4 pieces
