Love it! Got it right before my last surgery because I knew I would need something comfortable to sleep in for awhile & something that was easy to get in & out of. Definitely comfy but wasn’t great for sleeping because it didn’t lay flat enough. I get comments on the looks of it & all the amenities all the time. Love that is has a cup holder but I feel like it needs to be a deeper one because when you rock your drink will spill. Massage isn’t really massage, just vibration. And if you are tall then the head rest will be perfect, but if you are short like me it sits weird- I have to sit on a pillow to get my neck in a comfortable position. Love the charging ports, the storage areas, the phone holder & that it heats up

Just got chair a couple of weeks ago and legs already not working. Disappointed to say the least

Its a great chair. Nice build. Heavy box delivery, takes at least two people, unless you disassemble it wherever it is placed. Upon construction, sliding the back wing pieces on was a bit frustrating, but once they were in place, everything was good to go. The phone/tablet holder is a nice added touch and it's even better that it's reasonably removable! For those who like heat, this baby HEATS UP! My dad is cold always, he sat in it and turned it on and forgot to turn it off. Within 5 minutes after sitting back down, my back was toasted beyond my liking... I do not like added heat, I'm a warmblooded person...but if that's you're thing, this baby does heat up. I won't be using that feature. This is my first recliner purchase for myself - I've sat in them before, but never shopped for them.

I love it. It is comfortable, storage holds all of my stuff, drink holder could have been on the right rather than the left side.

Best chair ever--super soft, and all the things you can ask for. only thing missing is the lumber, but that wasn't gonna stop me from getting this chair. wish they had more colors.
