they gave me an initial delivery date of november 21st, (a week before thanksgiving ) then they sent an email stating they needed to change the shipping method so the table wouldn’t be delivered until december 5th. I called to try to cancel and explained I wouldn’t have anybody to help me assemble the table then. The person I spoke with stated she could add “white glove” delivery to my order so my table could be assembled at no additional cost. The order arrived and no one ever contacted me about the assembly. I called wsyfait and they said they were unable to provide that service AFTER they promised it. I asked for a return they said i have to pay. The worse part was the people that I spoke with. They we’r very rude and disregarding. Melissa Harvill kept giving an attitude from the beginning and I knew she wouldn’t be no help. She transferred me to her supervisor who was a little more disregarding just in a more polite manner. Her name was melissa as well. Terrible experience.

Nice enough table. Deciding on the dining chairs to go with it. The delivery service came and set it up which made the whole experience better.
