Very beautiful chair! I love how it looks! My daughter is so happy! I like how versatile is it. You can lay down or sit comfortably. Firmness is ok. Transforms easily. A bit overpriced on my opinion. But I think it’s worth it. Very well made and looks expensive) great addition to the bedroom) I also love how it matches the velvet bed and the mirror (I also ordered from Wayfair)

Overall, the accessories that come with the chair make it pleasant. But over time, the cushion will no longer feel comfortable. When converted to a sleeper bed, lying down is not comfortable at all. The worst part about this item is that the pull-out isn't attached to the chair, so when lying down, it can actually roll out from under you.

Very hard and uncomfortable. Desk tips and broke off easily. Heavy and the cushions don’t come off so very difficult to clean.

The chair is comfortable and as advertised. Fairly easy to put together. Took the both of us about 30 minutes to assemble. Came in 2 large boxes so will be tough to return.
