Horrible experience. Took over a mth to receive it. Was not getting shipping updates contacted customer service and the offered full refund which also took forever. Was originally told 3-5 business day for refund to be issued and once that time passed was told 10 business days. Item showed up a month later and was damaged right in the front the wood it completely cracked . Not worth it. Do not buy!

I’m very disappointed with the product. Low quality and pieces are basically falling apart. It doesn’t have any support basically. I wish I could return it, but the website doesn’t allow to do it after 30 days. The thing is, we asked replacement part because one arrived damaged, and only received the new part in June. So technically, the 30 days should count just after that.
