Good chair. Had slight issues but got a replacement that help fix it. Thanks to the customer service team.

I’m in LOVE WITH THESE CHAIRS. They are super sturdy and very comfortable. As you can see, I’ve made more than one purchased.

I feel like I was CHEATED when I purchased the chairs. The product description indicated that the chairs were "white," but the pictures showed them as "off white." I made my decision to order based on the pictures, but when the chairs arrived, they were "pure white." I tried to return them, explaining that I received a different color than what was advertised, and while the customer service agent acknowledged that the pictures were incorrect, I was still required to pay $45 for return shipping. The agent offered me a 10% coupon for my entire next purchase, which I planned to use on four chairs that cost $500. However, when I tried to apply the coupon, I discovered that it was only valid for one chair, even though the chairs were sold in pairs. I got $12.5 off of $125 (cost of 1 chair). When I called customer service to discuss the issue, the agent I spoke to was RUDE and unhelpful. She claimed that the color of the chairs could vary depending on lighting conditions, which I found illogical (see the attachment from their website where in same picture there is "pure white" and "off white"). She said, I see from the notes that the other agent mentioned entire order but she gave incorrect information. I said, then own up to your mistake and honor it. She said no and said If I argue (in my view I am trying to reason out) further she will disconnect the call.

Arrived later than promised but still a timely arrival. It was not the color that was advertised. It was much darker - therefore I could not use it for my office. Overall it appeared to be solid, except that the legs had a defect. It’s a shame that there must not have been a quality department to inspect the final product and find that one of the legs was shorter than the rest. See photo. As a result, upon sitting on it, it’s wobbly.

These chairs are amazing. The box came a little busted up and the wrong color but wayfair is working with me on that. Thankful they are accommodating. Was easy to put together. Just took time to screw the chair together. The seat cushion is very soft surprisingly. Firm but shift when sitting. I’d highly recommend this chair for your dining table.
