Awful delivery and customer service. I ordered this bed with the option to have it installed in my bedroom. The day of the delivery the package (huge and heavy) was left outside, in the driveway. No prior call nor scheduled time frame for delivery and installation. I then get an email that someone will come to install it four days later! When I called their customer service they did not offer any solutions and expected me to carry the heavy and big box on my own to the bedroom. Not buying again from this site.

Looks good. Cheap build quality in thr headboard. Overall not bad for price

Nice bed frame, especially for the price. It took a bit of work putting it together as everything didn't line up probably, but I had the tools to make it work. Had it set up for a few months now and it is sturdy and looks great. I do wish that the headboard was a bit higher, but overall, I'm happy with this bed frame.
