Came exactly as advertised. A hidden place that they don’t tell you is on the center console. The charging is a fast charger. I think it’s 30 W. Which was a nice plus

This is a very nice couch for relaxing and having a conversation with a group of people. It is cozy and firm. However, for someone tall, it just doesn’t feel right… also, the end piece and the ottomantable came with a bit of stain on it like something fell on top of it. The pillows that it came with are also tinier than I expected.

I am in love! Each piece came nicely wrapped in its own box. It was very simple to put together. It’s very comfortable 53 fabric is amazing. My cat’s hair brushes right off of it. Shipping only took about a week a half, and every piece came on the same day. Well worth the money, in my opinion. It really pulls the room together. Especially if you have a small living room like I do.

After speaking with both Wayfair and Allstate (the extra 5 year protection carrier we purchased when we ordered the furniture) Neither company will replace or repair the damaged part of the sectional. Wayfair has failed us by not providing us with quality furniture nor will the protection plan we purchased through them approve the claim. So we have a new sectional purchased late October that has a section that looks worn out and old. This is after minimal use by 3 adults, no children. Signs of wear and tear should not be visible after only 2 months. Please do not waste your money with this company, shop else where and do your research. Sure wish I did. wasted a lot of money on a less than ethical company and wasted more money on a useless protection plan. And guess what this furniture comes with no manufactory warranty of any kind. So buyers BEWARE!! This furniture appears to be for looks only. I would hate to see how bad it would look if a family with children purchased this set..... Mercy!
