Looks amazing in my living room! I thought with the price being so low it would look cheap and not be strong material. This was far from being true. I was able to put the entertainment center together by myself. A drill was needed to put the stand together and since I own a cheap drill pressure had to be applied for the screws to go in.

The Broxton TV Stand exactly met my need, with a few minor caveats. Packaging was fine, and although one corner on the lower assembly was a bit dinged, I’m fine with the minor blemish as most people will never see it and I wanted a retro-looking piece anyways. The assembly went fast enough, although some of the parts either didn’t have a number label or were just flat-out wrong (e.g., I was told to use a 4 panel which was actually labeled 10). The picture in the manual helped, though. Like many other reviewers, the door just isn’t level. I’ve adjusted everything possible as per the instructions, and it’s always just a tiny bit off. I finally came to realize it’s because the entire unit, once assembled, is still a little shaky. I can hold the side and manually slide the top a few millimeters left or right, and that’s enough to cause the door to sit higher or lower. I’m sure I can fix this with some rear angle brackets to help square up the corners, but I really shouldn’t have to. That’s the biggest reason I’m subtracting a star. As far as cubby and opening sizes, it fit my needs perfectly. A PS5 fits in a horizontal position on the shelves, and ample vinyl records fit in the three spaces to the right. I can even fit an Xbox Series X inside the door-portion of the unit. That said, there are zero cable holes or ventilation in there. I kept the white MDF backing in, but drilled a 1” cable hole for running power, and may similarly carve out a larger spot to add an 80mm fan to help exhaust hot air out without also changing much on the rear visuals. If you’re planning on putting electronics in there, just be prepared and plan accordingly. My only other comment was on the brown door paired with a black frame. Wasn’t quite my asthetic, so I liberally applied a ton of skate, brewerery, and various workout stickers that I had. The end result definitely fits the retro casual look I was going for. The unit holds my 42” TV just fine, and with plenty of room for my record player beside it. Overall happy with the end result given the price point.

This TV stand is OK. Two pieces had small gouges on them (photos included)- planning on using a furniture touch-up marker to color in the area. Assembly was not too difficult- check all the pieces and hardware first! Some of the items had incorrect numbers on them & I received half the amount of 'nail pins' that should have been included (not a big deal they go on the back of the unit). Once assembled, the piece looks good, but was hoping for something a little sturdier.
