The headboard and footboard are poorly constructed--the bottom pieces that contact the floor are not secure. Also, you should note that the headboard isn't really made to use with this bed. The attachment boards (see photograph of bed) are wider that the boards on the headboard--poor design. I'm going to cut them down so they don't show through the headboard.

Purchased for my son’s apartment at college. Easy to assemble, it’s sturdy and looks great.

Beautiful bed frame. The wood is just gorgeous. You definitely need 2 people to assemble. Can get a little tricky lining up the pre drilled holes if you try to do it by yourself. I’m pleased with my order.
