Wayfair committed fraud by claiming they had their own setup people and it would be done within 24 hours of delivery. In fact they use task rabbit like services and you have to wait at least one day after the delivery to even do the scheduling.

Very attractive much the color is much darker than advertised. More like a dark redwood. Very low profile but it’s exactly what I was looking for so I’m happy. I paid the extra 84 to have it assembled professionally . It was definitely worth the money and took him an hour. Instructions do say you need two people but he was able to do it alone. 4 stars bc a corner of headboard came damaged. Customer service took care of it immediately and refunded me 99 bc I didn’t have time to wait for a new one. Disappointing but it’s Actually hidden by bedding. And I do appreciate how quickly and efficiently customer service handled the issue.
