The box was torn on delivery. Just lucky that nothing got lost. Anyway good and sturdy. Easy to set up

Came in a severely battered box. Back of the chair had damage, and there were no assembly instruction. Also one of the arms was warped and I had to bend the arm to get the holes to line up. Only offered a $47 partial refund for the damage, or a replacement part

The chair was easy to put together until i got a screw that was bad and the hole was stripped out so i couldn't assemble the right arm of the chair. Lucky i work in a fabrication warehouse and had access to equipment to fix the problem. Wayfair was great and gave me a small credit for the problem. Thanks Wayfair :) Overall the chair is wonderful and i still love it months later.

With 3 months of use, it started to tear, I will try to open a call and return it. Or receive another one.

I bought two grey chairs and I used these chairs for only 3 weeks, the chair's leather started peeling off. Just passed the return period, so I can not return them.
