Fauteuil d'appoint rembourré Williams

Ordered 4 chairs: 3 in gray fabric, 1 in charcoal fabric. The 1 in charcoal fabric was great - came as described. Very easy to assemble. These are not "cushy" chairs though, they are very stiff. Comfortable depending on what you're looking for though. The other 3 did not match the description: they were a dark gray pleather [NOT fabric]. Two of the three were damaged. I'm upping from one star to two, simply because customer service and returns are very good and easy. I will have to repackage the one chair and drop at UPS but at no cost so that's not too big of a deal. It's an inconvenience but I don't mind.

The chair arrived quickly and should have been super easy to set up, but the two sides of the legs didn’t align (see pictures), and so it was impossible to slide them together. I called Wayfair and the customer support was excellent as usual. They ordered replacement legs for me. Due to completely understandable shipping delays (thanks COVID), the replacement took about a month to arrive. And instead of just replacement legs, a whole new chair ended up arriving! Unfortunately, the legs for this chair also did not align, which was super frustrating. Determined to make it work, I borrowed a hammer from a friend, and after a bunch of hammering, I managed to get the legs of both chairs connected. So now I have two chairs (with a little bit of chipped paint on the legs due to metal on metal hammering). The chairs are great. I would just advise anyone ordering them to be prepared to hammer them together.

I purchased this chair for my teenage son and he loves it. It was very easy to assemble and it is very comfortable (according to my son). The color and material were as expected. Good quality for the price. I definitely would recommend this chair.

It’s ok. When you take it out of the box, it looks like it is going to be so easy to put together. The key to that is, “you’d think.” The two pieces that had to slide together did not line up. It took forever (and a hammer) to put together. By the time I finally got the base together, I didn’t care if it got scratched. The color is a deep, strong blue, with shadows of black throughout. It’s a nice color. It is not a comfy chair, but definitely a decent task chair. My 3-yr old grandson loves it and moved it into his room. He said, “it’s cozy.”
