After significant delays in shipping, item arrived damaged. Also came with no hardware or instructions. No replacement available. Offer was 30 refund or return the item because no one could fix it. . Super disappointed in the product. No way they didn’t know it was damaged when it was shipped. Replacement hardwareinstructions were ordered. However, after agreeing to keep the damaged table for 30 off (thinking the missing hardwareinstructions were coming), we get an email that it’s cancelled and we get nothing more. Worst customer service ever. Contacted manufacturer and they indicated they did have a replacement and were going to ship it out until wayfair cancelled the order. Wayfair customer service is a joke.
