The positive about my experience is that the product was delivered in good time and there was good communication about the status/progress of delivery. The rest is a disappointment. The product itself is incredibly cheap. The swivel of the mirror is uncontrollable when trying to open the magnetic door. The whole unit swivels in the direction of opening the doorknob - preventing one from opening the door unless using BOTH hands with force. If you pull harder to try and open the door, the unit leans forward & can tip over, break, or injure someone. I attach a photo of how the doorknob arrived damaged, with chipped paint, which just tips the experience. I wouldn't have cared otherwise. This product must have skipped a quality testing phase. It doesn't open conveniently, is a hazard, especially around young children. A testing phase would have identified that the swivel feature is inhibiting proper use of this unit - a fix to this could be a bolt to stop the swivel when opening it OR a latch rather than an excessively strong magnet on the door.
