Most importantly, the item arrived undamaged and as described. It is definitely quality furniture and looks amazing. Only issue I had is with the 3rd party logistics company that delivered, JW Logistics Richmond. Initial communication was great, advising of delivery window and confirming driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. That didn’t happen. I also elected for delivery INSIDE primary entrance. No white glove placement, just inside primary entrance, of which i thought would be no issue with a 30 minute heads up. Luckily, my neighbor was home and notified me of the delivery. Driver left outside front door, no phone call. Tried calling and texting JW that i was on my way back home from work, 10 minutes out, but no response. Box had a few tears and rips but luckily was packed well enough to avoid damage. All experiences with wayfair have been positive thus far. Just hope they review point of delivery expectations with couriers. Fedex has been great. JW has not.
