The images make this bench look like a solid unit, it is not. It's not difficult to assemble, but there are several pieces and it's just laminated wood.

The bench looks really nice and has a beautiful farmhouse style. It works great as a decorative piece or for an entryway area. However, it feels a little weak and not sturdy enough for heavy or daily use. Overall, good for light use and decoration, but I would not recommend it for constant everyday seating
