Table de salle à manger Chaliyah

This order is a disaster! I have ponder whether it is worth my time to provide any comments for about a month now. Nevertheless, I decide to provide my feedback to let others aware of my bad experience with Wayfair on this order. First, it took about a month for the table to be white-glove delivered, but, oh no, there is no hardware to essemble it. The delivery man said he will report to his supervisor and order the hardware and come back to complete the essemble. A week passed any nothing happened. I called Wayfair and they said they will order the hardware and hopefully I would have the table essemble for my family Xmas diner. A few days before Xmas, Wayfair’s website had the hardware status as “delivered”, so I thought it was sent to AMJ Campbell and they would call me to arrange for their guys to come to finish their job. A couple days passed and nothing happened. I called Wayfair to asked where they delivered the hardware. The answer had me puzzled: “Sorry, due to the computer problem, the hardware was still in Toronto warehouse”. I asked for the supervisor to officially clock a complain, but the customer representative told me he/she was not available. I provided my number and asked for the supervisor to call me, but nobody did. A couple days later, their web site posted a message saying that I should call customer service if the hardware is not delivered by December 29th. I had to arrange to have my family Xmas dinner at my brothers’ house. Surprisingly, the hardware suddenly deliver to my front door late afternoon December 22nd. After Xmas, my son dropped by and I asked him to help me essemble. When I open the hardware, there was one pice with no drilled hole. It ok, I could order similar one from a local hardware store later. We essemble the table and flip it over. Oh, no, there was a damage on one corner edge. It’s small but noticeable and irritated since it was a bit expensive, > 2,500. Anyway, I will asked someone to fix it someday, or leave it to remind my that I should never buy anything expensive & heavy from Wayfair again.

Love this table! It is solid and beautiful. The guys came and built it and placed it where I need it. It is a heavy piece of furniture! Also, this is in a church lobby and it's holding up well!
