Erendira Rocking Chair

I’ve only had this rocker for four months and the seat and seat back are already showing definite signs of wear—the seat is sagging and the back cushion has a permanent indentation. I have it in my bedroom and it’s not used a lot. I’m also an average sized female, so the problems aren’t from my weight. The screw holding the left rocker on came loose and cracked the wood. Beautiful chair, just not the quality I thought I was paying for.
