Product was ok but when delivered sidereal had knock in it and material was pulling up. Delivery guys did not clean up their mess and I had to do it all!!!

The bed took HOURS to assemble because we tried several things to make it work. We either received a full size head board and queen size foot board or it was incorrectly built. The foot board and headboard measure 1.75 inches differently where the rails anchor in. This means the slats and rail boards fit (although not square) for the bottom of the bed but not the top. We would need to cut the slats and rail board to make them fit inside the rail dimensions. My only recourse is to pay for shipping to send it back I guess I would love for a customer service agent to reach out with alternate options since the dresser and side table are fine.

I order everything on my phone…I got the full size…didn’t come with two lights only one light in the middle, and the 4 piece is the bed one small night stand the dresser with the mirror…there’s no tall dresser like they show in the picture. Delivery guys where morons! They had trouble finding address or getting in touch with me so they left…had to reschedule drop off. Almost 3 weeks it took to receive items…and the dresser drawer was damaged, it doesn’t sit straight it looks like they hit it from the front or put it on wrong…the part sticks in to far on top and it broke off a cosmetic piece stapled on the inside, working on getting the item replaced…we’ll see how that goes.

I hope to update once I receive the full bed. This is one of 2 beds we received where the rails were not included.
