The furniture seems fine but the delivery and assembly was AWFUL. The shipment was delayed. Which if that was all, no big deal. But we paid for full delivery and assembly and that is when it started to be a disaster. After the boxes finally arrived, the assembly team arrived (nice folks) but they forgot some parts. So then they had to reschedule to come back. Then they came back and discovered a crucial piece was broken. They said they would arrange for the replacement part. They didn't. I waited over a week and no word and no replacement piece. I finally called for help. Then there was confusion about the part number (the guys took all the manuals so I had no idea of the part #). Then the piece must have gotten lost in shipment because it didn't show up for a long time. And sadly no communication from customer service. After many calls and letting them how frustrated I was, the piece finally arrived. Then when I asked to have the assembly guys come back to assemble the furniture (that I paid for) they said "No!" HUH? They told me the guys would not be coming back. So, BEWARE if you pay for assembly--it adds delays and frustrations and you may not get what you paid for.
