Edit it has started making a whistling noise when turned on, with and without heat. I’m not sure what to do about that. Super easy to set up—pre-assembled except for the insert. Exactly what I thought it would be.

Our delivery driver amazing but out console was damaged. I don't think it was due to delivery. Perhaps When they put it together at the manufacturing company? I'm going to call and see about an exchange. Thank you

We love the fireplace. It works well, however the description could have been more detailed. It never said it had a thermostat that you can change the temp right from the remote. If we set it to say 72 degrees, it shows the number on a screen and goes off when the room gets that warm. This would be helpful when comparing items from other stores. It was also very easy to put together. We were very impressed by the packaging. All the corners were completely sealed with additional cardboard to prevent damage
