I ordered three of these. They’re beautiful and the quality is amazing. Easy to put together. The design is what attracted me to this amazing piece.

Great bed, solid and sturdy. The headboard isn’t that tall but we still love it. Was easy to put together with another person.

TERRIBLE experience overall, we ordered this bed about a month ago, they sent us the first item without the tools and instructions for assembly. We had to repackage and return it, wait for the second one to arrive. To our surprise, the second one came in without the wholes on the headboard that are necessary to complete the assembly. Got in touch with them again, gave me runarounds and then told me I was getting a refund WHILE keeping the defective item. After more than a week I followed up with them again since they didn't care to share an update, and told me I wasn't getting the refund unless I sent the bed back a SECOND time. I almost never leave reviews but I thought it's worth it so they don't do this to other customers.
