Lafond Solid Reclaimed Wood Sideboard

In love! This sideboard is as rustic as it gets and it is gorgeous! It brings my famhouse inspired room together and the storage I need. It is very spacious, big, bold with its own personality. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alex (the delivery personnel who delivered this furniture). I’ve requested a scheduled indoor delivery and the experience was very smooth. Alex contacted me ahead of the delivery and arrived on time. He was also very accommodating delivering the furniture to the lower level of my condo which is 5 steps below the street level. This sideboard comes fully assembled which makes it healthy to carry, for that reason I want to give 5 starskudos to Alex as well. Thank you!

We've had this sideboard for several years and have loved it from the day it arrived—as much as one can reasonably love an inanimate object. Then one fateful night, the true ruler of our home, the cat, decided it would make an excellent scratching post. I discovered the claw marks the next morning and briefly considered putting the cat up for adoption. But then I remembered: this is real wood. A little light sanding, and it looked beautiful again, as if the feline vandalism had never happened. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and I'm convinced this piece will outlive us all. One day, it'll be passed down to the next generation of kids… and their cats, who will undoubtedly test its durability as well. Thankfully, this sideboard is up to the challenge.
