Tabouret de bar et de comptoir Saunderstown

I ordered 5 to go with my black Walnut bar. The color is nice but not black walnut more of an oak over pine look. The first stool took some time because the instructions are dismal. But once I figured it out after trial and error,the others went together quickly. They are heavy, good materials and quite comfortable.

Poor quality. Screws and bolts were broken on the legs and would not assemble. Customer service was great about trying to correct the issue.

Beautiful stools! Love them. However, there seems to be a flaw in their construction. The instructions state to screw the gold threads into the “B” hole - that works fine but the other end of the support rod does not screw into the opposite hole. I suspect that the opposite hole was designed with reverse threads so that while you screw in the gold threads at the same time the opposite side screws in. That doesn’t work. I plan to glue that side and I trust it will hold.
