Nothing about this color is the light natural oakblonde wood that was pictured. It’s very much a standard brown. It’s also very light weight and thin wood. Guess I’ll see how it holds up. However, if you do actually want a chestnut brown, this is it and has nice detailing. Was easy to assemble, just took some time because of the volume of screws.

The bench seems sturdy, but assembly was much more difficult than expected. We had to skip a few screws because they were nearly impossible to install. Also, the color is much darker than shown in the listing.

Looks nice now that it is assembled, but upon first opening box it stuck. It off-gassed for a day until the smell was gone. Assembly was challenging as that on a number of the many screws the threads wouldn’t catch.

Nice looking bench. Took a start off bc holes were not aligned causing assembly to take twice as long as it should have.
