The piece is solid! And I agree with other reviewers, it’s a bummer that there aren’t any drill holes at the bottom to a fix to your bed rails… Having to drill those yourself and line them up, perfectly proves challenging, trying to do this by yourself, lol Other than that, it’s beautiful and matches well with the aesthetic I was going for.

I was disappointed in the quality given the price. It appeared to be assembled in a hurry. - I had to get a thicker and longer screw to replace one in the top that was in a stripped hole so I could eliminate an obvious gap. I was lucky the plug covering the hole was raised so I could take it out to get to the screw. - Other boards weren't flush but nothing I could do about them. - I needed to touch up areas with stain especially around the plugs. - Like others, I had to drill holes lower than the pre-drilled ones to attach the headboard to the frame. I decided to keep it because it matched the other furniture so well and I was tired of looking. Even though it's solid wood, it's way overpriced for the quality.
