Bar stools are perfect for the space and decor in my kitchen. They were easy to assemble and sturdy.

Opening the package I could smell mildew, and there it was - seat pads had quite a bit of mildew from underneath. Not sure if they were damp when wrapped in plastic and shipped (American brand, but made in China), or something else happened during the logistics cycle. Returning. UPDATE: I contacted the Wayfair customer service and the ladies there were absolutely fantastic, helpful and professional. The manufacturer will be informed about their product, but Wayfair who is in the middle, deserves 5-stars for excellent customer service.

Extremely low quality construction, damaged product and miserable customer service on the part of wayfair as well. The product came damaged, both in the original iteration as well as the replacement that was sent out. Wayfair asked me to mix and match the products and drill holes where they were missing so that I can assemble and create something usable. Zero concern on the part of wayfair in terms of all the hassle in actually “making” a new variant of the stool than just assembling what was sent out !! They even asked me to get a new box to send out what was left after mixing matching different parts of the original and replacement stools. All in all, a harrowing enough experience that would keep me away from dealing with Wayfair in the future.

Look awesome and easy to put together. We just got them so don’t know if they will hold up.
