It keeps my back warm and provides additional cushioning when I sit for long periods of time. It has a timer and a heat control device. I usually set the heat to max and the timer to 15-30 mins to be able to enjoy crisp heat for a bit before cooling down. I also reverse it sometimes to get heat on my upper back. I recommend getting the device if you are looking for warming back support. I’ve been using it for a month and haven’t noticed any issues.

He says it feels great on his lower back, especially after working out the day before. One small note: the lumbar support doesn’t fit quite right with our La-Z-Boy office chair. My husband finds that it pushes him too far forward, so he ends up sitting on the edge of the seat. The memory foam feels comfortable and contours nicely to your back, helping ease tension when sitting for long periods. The heat function works well, especially after a long day or during colder months — it provides gentle warmth that helps muscles relax. That said, I really wish it came with a power brick. It only includes a USB cable, which limits where you can plug it in unless you already have an extra adapter lying around. The USB cord is also on the shorter side, so placement can be tricky if your outlet or USB port isn’t nearby. It would also be great if the cushion offered vibration or cooling features for added versatility — especially since many competing models now include those functions. Overall, it’s a decent mid-range lumbar cushion that provides comfort and basic heat therapy, but with a few design tweaks, it could be much more convenient and effective.

The materials are really good. The only thing I would say the cable a little short. Other than that it's great product.
