I’ve had issues with lower back and leg pain for the past year, and have moved my seats every which way to accommodate. While this hasn’t fixed everything, it has alleviated so much of my lower lumbar pain, just from the support and design alone. I’m able to maneuver it up or down depending on where I feel I need the most support. I wish I would have bought this sooner.

I also use this pillow on the couch for extra lumbar support. The memory foam is super comfortable and really makes a difference. I like how the cover is mesh for extra air flow and can also be washed. This is such a comfortable pillow and I can’t wait to get some for my friends!!
