The bed is super nice. It is real wood, clean lines, love it. My unhappiness with this item has to do with the manufacturer and Customer Courier Solutions (the company that delivers it). It takes months for the item to get shipped, so you are charged right away and then receive the bed 2 months later. That kind of sucks but in the end it is of nice quality. Customer Courier on the other hand is absolutely terrible. They dont follow directions on the packaging, for instance, this side up or keep vertical, completely ignored. They also have the worst customer service I have encountered. Rude and not helpful, even the managers. Finally, they asked to schedule a delivery and dont show up, dont call you back, and finally end up scheduling the delivery whenever they freakin want just expecting for you to be home for an entire week waiting to see when they finally decide to show up. It was such a hassle I almost cancelled the item.

Very pleased. Easy to assemble except for one mistake with directions. Dresser has plenty of room and bed is very solid.

We just got our bed built and started using it. We really like the classy and stylish look. It was a little challenging to put together, but overall took about 1.5 hr with two people.
