This arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We wanted a modern headboard to go with our mid-century modern furniture. This works perfectly. The material is very nice and the construction is quite sturdy. We mounted it to the wall using a French cleat since our beds are adjustable and we didn't want to mount it the frames. The back of the headboard is slightly padded at the top so the headboard side of the cleat couldn't connect with the wall cleat. We screwed a 1/4" slat to the wall cleat then screwed the cleat and slat to the wall (on studs). Worked like a charm! Really like the new look and how it gives the room a nice modern, pulled-together look. Well worth the money.
