Everyone loves these chairs. They are strong and sturdy. There was no need to put them together. This I really appealed to me because there are so many reviews of chairs that are difficult to assemble. I grabbed them once they went on sale. They are really classy looking,

This chair is everything I wanted and more. It has a high, wide seat, and it is heavy and solid. I have arthritis and I bought it specifically for sitting down to put on my shoes. It’s perfect for that. It’s handsome too and matches the dark woods in the room. Plus, no assembly! The family loves it. Highly recommend.

This was more beautiful than expected. We are really happy. The wood is lovely.

Chair arrived broken. Didn’t even take it out of the box and could see that the back rest was broken which is weird if it is solid wood it shouldn’t break so clean. Also the delivery box is not square, it is shaped like the chair so any passerby will know what is in the box if it is sitting outside your door. Wayfair’s was kind enough to refund the cost of the chair after it was returned to them. Overall the door and look is nice but it’s weird that solid wood would break easily even if it was being manhandled on the FedEx truck.
