Repose-pieds Alpha

***Beware, Wayfair Canada sends out DIFFERENT "Alpha Ottoman" than the one shown on their Website. It's supposed to measure 14.5 inches in height but the one they sent measures 12 inches in heigh on the sides (the middle is even lower at around 10 inches!!!) it just looks like a kid's ottoman you can see my old square ottoman on the side which mesured perfectly to my (very standard) sized sofa- sorry laundry day. Also the one they send just looked like a "copy" or some other model that matches some Eggchair (just look carefully in the middle it's supposed to be 2 white pieces assemble together) Wayfair's was a whole painted piece, again the base's line in the middle is different. I tried to talk to a manager or sorta "quality" or supervisor agent to verify the stock they have BUT they're unreachable. They only have telephonist operators who don't have any clue about the merchandise they sell, I'm saving you the details for the time I lost on the phone talking with them. This was my very first order, I was taken for a ride. Very frustrating. Very very deceived. I am just honestly talking from my own experience.
