This order has been a nightmare. We were sent 2 couches that were not the item in the picture and have been struggling for over a month to return them. The Wayfair team always answers my call and seems to be doing all they can to fix this but it nothing has worked. I can’t get a refund because no one will come pick up these couches. When we first got them multiple people told me that these are the couches in the pictures, so frustrating. I wanted the sectional couch in the picture and I got 2 separate couches that are not even the same color as the photo. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend buying large pieces from this company.

Exactly what I wanted! I wanted a firm sofa set and these are very firm.
