My sister purchased 4 of these chairs, I noticed 3 of the 4 boxes where retaped! Being a carpenter of 40 years this got my radar up deciding to open the 1 box that SEEMED to be a factory tape job only to find that chair had been previously put together (see photos) These chairs are a POOR design and WILL FAIL over time especially if you are in the heavier weight range, the type of fasteners they are using on these chairs will "Pull out" over time and will require retightening as the inserts gradually fail. She decided (as per my recommendation) to return all the chairs and SHE WAS TOLD there would be NO SHIPPING, they emailed labels to send back the items... we so did ASAP. After checking to see if the return was made, we noticed they charged 32.80 for shipping... she called to get the charge credited... but 1st rep MONIQUE just kept quoting from a script saying this was company policy even going as far to tell her there was nothing she could do about it AND to add insult to injury so to speak tried to insinuate you could not talk to a manager. (BAD MOVE MO!) NOW my sister INSISTED! the call was transferred and the credit issued. Seems a shame you have to get your blood pressure all jacked up for a simple transaction. Thanks go out to Allison for making it right and trying to keep a customer.

These chairs were just as good as the photos look on the site. They are a perfect compliment to my table. Hopefully, any accidental spills will clean up nicely. The kids and grandchildren have grown up and we don't have pets, so I was much more comfortable buying white fabric upholstery. I might not recommend these for everyday use with growing children.

Very pretty and comfortable. I bought it for my daughters desk chair. Love it!
