I ordered the tan (caramel) color 'pleather' chair It was easy to assemble, with only three steps and is quite solid and stable. The wheels seem to stick or not roll quite straight on the hardwood but could be the surface and not the wheels themselves. Don't forget to put the footrest on before placing the chair seat on the gas cylinder. Once the cylinder is locked into place, I don't think it can be removed!

The quality of the chair itself is nice but in the lower level it’s too high for a desk chair. I’m 5’-5” and my legs are not at a right angle sitting in it. I’ve gone back to my old desk chair and will have to figure out what to do with this!
