I couldn't be more pleased. Others have noted this color can look more navy - I think it's pretty clear from my picture that this really depends on the lighting. The seats are, indeed, firm, but I find them supportive. I've added throw pillows and, frankly, sit in the chair and read in it very comfortably. Delivery was very smooth and efficient, and it took (I can't make this up) as long to get both loveseat and chair out of their wrapping as it did to attach the legs. And, I did this by myself - in about 10 minutes, total.
