I am ABSOLUTELY in love with this bed!!!!!!

I love this frame. Works beautifully in my space

You will feel like a queen, or king in this bed! It has a very large footprint so keep your space in mind when ordering. It’s a bit cramped in my apartment bedroom but will shine when I get my castle (hah!) The back of the headboard is unfinished, meaning that the upholstery is partial with a dust cover visible. If you were planning on using this bed freestanding in your room, you will have to consider another option or somehow complete the upholstery on the back. For the amount of money I spent on it, (over 2000, but I see that it is less expensive now, sigh…) it should have been finished. The assembly was a bear, no lie. It took hours. I managed it by myself somehow. The weight of the headboard and footboard made it difficult. Do yourself a favor and get help with this. It will come in a multitude of giant cartons and you will need help getting them inside because they are heavy. Forgot to mention that I have an adjustable bed and this fit snugly inside and the mechanism works fine with this bed

So disappointed with my purchase. I purchased the open box deal and called to confirm the price was correct for the entire bed. I was assured it was the complete bed. Imagine my surprise when the bed was delivered, but I only received a headboard. I told the delivery men I should have multiple boxes, but after checking and rechecking they confirmed only one box was sent. Next, I called Wayfair. I told them I received only one box with just a headboard. I did not receive any bed rails or a footboard. They asked me to take a picture of what I received. After receiving the picture, Wayfair promised to contact me in 24-48 hours. They responded quickly, but much to my disappointment, they did not send me an entire bed replacement. I was told the open box was supposed to have all three parts, but somehow all parts were not returned in this case. I was told I could reorder the bed at full price. As a false consolation, really because it was too expensive to ship back, they told me I could keep the headboard. They very promptly refunded my money, but I was still left with a bedless bedroom. I had planned my whole master bedroom around this bed with a Victorian design. I will say Wayfairs customer service was very professional, kind and apologetic.
