Out of the box, it was mostly assembled. The directions were easy to interpret and after screwing in the keyboard tray and plugging it in, I was up and running. The desk itself seems well designed. The working surfaces are smooth and I like the little phone tray on the top surface. There's enough room to fit 2 standard monitors on it which works well for my laptop and monitor. The keyboard tray is at a good level to allow myself to work with the monitors being at an acceptable viewing level. The controls for the up/down works well and you can adjust it easily to your comfort level. The desk does have a little play in it when you lean on it. Not enough to topple over, but you can def notice it. I like to lean on my desk a lot while in calls so it was easily noticeable to me. I do wonder about if long term leaning will cause issues down the road but we'll see what happens. For now, I'm not entirely worried about that. Overall I feel this is a good standing desk converter. I stand most of the day so this works well for me. I'd recommend this if you are looking for an electric standing desk converter.
