Excellent to hide cords

I thought that this wall mount would be enough to hold a small home theater receiver, DVD player and television in my bedroom and I checked the weights of all the components and the size of each component and was sure it would work, but it didn't. The glass shelves were not the ideal size for the receiver, so I made a wooden shelf for the receiver, and it all worked out fine. However, the glass shelf slips out of the bracket on the wall mount because only three small screws per shelf hold the glass shelf in place. I thought this wall mount was for A/V equipment, but will not hold a stereo receiver.

The item was not as solid as I hoped and had a little wiggle to it when touched (the shelves, not the unit attached to the wall).
