The stands look good, but only after I had to customize them. The feet are spikes, probably made for carpeting. I have hardwood floors. It comes with rubber feet that do not attach. The spike feet sit into the rubber feet, but when ever you need to move the stands they come out. i had to buy some screws and rubber feet to replace the spiked feet. Having done that the stands work.

Nice speaker stands. Easy to put together. Instructions are minimal. If using the "hidden" speaker wire channels insert the wires 'before' assembly. Not explained in the instructions. Hold my 12 pound speakers easily. Good and steady on my rug covered basement floors.
